The tariff for exclusive use of the Bower Bank EcoBarn, sleeping up to 10 people is as follows:

All prices include Continental breakfast goods as we will stock the kitchen cupboards with a variety of cereals, preserves, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and butter. Warm rolls and croissants, baked at our local Dent Stores are available daily by arrangement. 


Guests requiring longer or shorter stays are advised to telephone us to discuss your requirements . We aim to be flexible at all times.


A small non refundable deposit is required on booking (holiday dates can be re-arranged however, subject to availability) with the balance payable six weeks prior to your holiday commencement date. Please make cheques payable to ‘Bower Bank EcoBarn’.


A well behaved dog (there are sheep immediately outside the barn) is welcome though there is a small extra cleaning charge of £30. Pets must have their own bedding and must not be allowed to sit/sleep on the beds, chairs or sofas.


Accommodation will be available for guests from 4 pm on the commencement date of your holiday. Accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

The Bower Bank Annexe is located adjacent to the Bower Bank farmhouse next to the EcoBarn and comprises a Twin Room, Lounge Room and Private Shower/Toilet.

2010 Prices

  1. •Seven night stay - £820 (15% Discount for 2 people staying for 7 nights)

  2. •Three night stay - £450

  3. •Two night stay - £399


All prices inclusive of Continental Breakfast items as described on web site.


Charge for Dogs - £30 per stay.

Deposit of £100 per booking required. Cheques made payable to        “Bowerbank Eco Barn”.

Towels can also be provided at £3.00 per person.
