Guests requiring longer or shorter stays are advised to telephone us to discuss your requirements . We aim to be flexible at all times.

A small non refundable deposit is required on booking (holiday dates can be re-arranged however, subject to availability) with the balance payable six weeks prior to your holiday commencement date. Please make cheques payable to ‘Bower Bank EcoBarn’.

A well behaved dog (there are sheep immediately outside the barn) is welcome though there is a small extra cleaning charge of £30. Pets must have their own bedding and must not be allowed to sit/sleep on the beds, chairs or sofas.

Accommodation will be available for guests from 4 pm on the commencement date of your holiday. Accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

1. •£600 per week based on 6 people sharing, additional guests £60 per person per week part week
   

2. • £450 - three night stay (up to 10 people)
   

3. •£380 - two night stay (up to 10 people)

1. •£27 - per person per night based on 2 people sharing or
   

2. •£32 - per person per night based on single occupancy
   

All prices include Continental breakfast goods as we will stock the kitchen cupboards with a variety of cereals, preserves, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and butter. Warm rolls and croissants, baked at our local Dent Stores will be delivered to the barn door each morning of your stay.
